@@Daledavispratt Thank you. Yeah it's tough for those left behind. I wasn't sure where Peter was with the Lord but shortly after he died someone informed me that he had given his heart to the Lord so that was very comforting. My wife always tells me, God is in control and it's in Gods hands. He is the best one to make the right choice but sometimes we want things to be different. I remind myself that Peter is in a better place than this crazy world we are living in. Thanks again and have a great day.

I always take time out every day to smell the roses. I used to be a lot more busy before 2002 when I changed jobs. Used to work 4 jobs every day. Washed windows, went to cook at Anthony's, cleaned the building at Allen Lumber company, then cleaned the Passumpsic bank on Railroad St. It's a big bank too! Almost 24 hours sometimes. Other days it took me until at least 2 - 4 AM. I always left the house at 8 AM. Makes a person wonder, where'd all the money go? LOL! So, I'm kind of semi-retired compared to what I used to do. :) This year, I'm taking it even a little more easy. Nobody can do it all. I don't even try anymore. :)

Hi Chris! We planted that bed this spring with 2 year old crowns and mixed a LOT of compost into the trench we dug, and our soil here is about the best I've ever had the pleasure to garden...did a video of the process and it will be worth the effort, I think. Thanks for watching and commenting, I really appreciate that.

Going to be some good harvests this year! Karin wants to know what you are going to do with all those chilies! A translation customer of mine is going to give us some chili plants next week, habanero and jalapeño. We have not had a lot of luck with capsicums, but that is just because we are inattentive farmers :-).

I intend to make my own pepper sauce with a lot of them and bottle it. I am using a LOT of a commercial pepper sauces now, twice a day with lunch and dinner and my "bad cholesterol" numbers are half what they were a few months ago...to healthy levels according to my doctor(s). I don't know if this responsible or the fact that I've really been watching what I eat...or maybe both. My heart surgeon recommended the peppers (though I've always been a fan, just not to this extreme) and eating as much chlorophyll as I can possibly stand, which turns out to be a lot. I can't imagine going through heart surgery a second time...so call me "scared straight". 65 pounds lighter than in January and feeling pretty darned good now...had to punch a few new holes in my belt, though. Thanks for all of your comments, Bruce. I'm really happy to know you watch my videos.
